Story 1: The Magic Container
Once upon a time, there was a factory that made special containers. Each container was different from the others. Some contained water, and some contained food. The workers tried to make their containers perfect.
One day, a young worker named Tom chose to use an old machine. It was difficult to control, but Tom wanted to try. He used it carefully. The machine makes containers easily when you know how to control it.
Story 2: The Problem
Between each of the containers, there were small differences. Some had damaged surfaces. Tom looked at the surface of one container and noticed cracks. "That damage will cause problems," he thought.
The manager came and said, "Your work is good, but these damaged containers cannot exist in our store. They need to become perfect, or we must throw them away."
Tom felt sad. It was his fault. He had been causing the damage by using the machine incorrectly.
Story 3: The Solution
Tom decided to change his methods. He studied how to use each machine properly. He learned that the old machine tries to work well, but it uses more power and causes damage easily if not controlled.
He chose a different machine instead. This one was easy to control. Day by day, the quality changed. The containers he made now had smooth surfaces. Their quality became excellent.
The manager smiled. "You have chosen well! Your containers are perfect now. No damage exists on the surfaces."
Story 4: The Discovery
One day, an animal walked into the factory—a clever cat! It jumped between the machines, trying to catch a mouse. Workers tried to catch the cat, but it was difficult.
The cat knocked over containers. Some contained paint, and the paint changed the surface of the floor. Tom watched as the animals ran around. They were causing chaos!
Finally, Tom used a box to catch the cat. He gently placed it outside. "Animals and machines don't mix well," he laughed.
Story 5: The Lesson
Years passed. Tom became the manager. He made new rules: each worker must learn to control their machines properly. He taught them that choosing the right machine and using it correctly causes success.
The factory exists today and makes the best containers in the country. Workers know that it is easy to damage things, but it is different when you try your best.
Each of the containers they make contains quality. The surfaces of their products shine perfectly. That is why customers choose their containers from all others.
Tom learned that small changes make big differences. Between difficult and easy, there is always a way to succeed. My story shows that trying hard causes good things to happen!
